NOTICES PLEASE READ! We have found out that there must be a DJ for anouncements at the shows that we attend, we have to have electricity, plus we have to be visable to the cars in the show. Up front so they can see us. At most of the shows that we attend we take photos of the cars as the come into the show so that we can get a shot without having other cars around yours so we get that great shot.

We custom design for you t-shirts, hats, mouse pads and koozies.
At Cewinn Graphics we focus on what the customer wants for his custom designed items and we create that design for them. We mostly attend car shows and set up at them as a vendor. We will go around and take numerous photos of the customers car and then return to our trailer to create your design. Sometimes we may need more time than what is allowed at car shows to create a perfect design, like the photo above. This is a customers design that we had to complete after the show and shipped the order to the customer. In that case we mail the order to the customer. We strive to complete as many orders as possible at shows but being that we are only 2 people we can't do but so much at shows, and time is very limited.

Car Show Club Presidents Please Read
Most of the time when Cewinn Graphics attend shows we do the event t-shirts in leu of charging for setting up fees. Most of the time we do around 24-30 t-shirts for events and this more than covers our expenses for traveling to your shows.
If not then we charge .36 per mile to and from the show. This is something that we have had to add to the business due to the economy. Show attendance is down this year and so are sales due to people not having jobs, etc. The shows this year so far the sales are down over 75%. Which makes it hard on us to travel to the shows especially since we are an hour further away this year with being in Buena Vista, VA.
A lot of people at shows think that we can just go anywhere pulling the trailer. That it's no big deal, but it is. We are only getting 10 miles to the gallon pulling the trailer and that doesn't go very far these days. You the planners of the shows need to understand that several vendors have gone under cause they can't afford the travel expenses, plus when a show isn't that good with sales, that really bites. Vendors MUST BE seen visablly by the guys set up with there cars and a DJ is a MUST not only for us but also for the cars that are entered into the show to know what is going on during the event and also to constantly be plugging the vendors, any vendors. As one DJ said to the public during a show, " These vendors are here for you guys, not the general public, they have come for you, the car show car owners, and some have travel a great distance to be here today" And he is correct. So please pass this information on to others that are putting on car shows. It will help all us vendors out for 2009. Don't just think about the cars entering the show, but think of us vendors as well, we too, are just important.
Event T-Shirts
Instead of you ordering t-shirts for your event we have started doing them for your event. With having Cewinn Graphics doing your event t-shirts on site as needed, keeps your organization from having to staff a table during your event, keeps you from having too many t-shirts left over, keeps you from not having enough of a particular size that you need. It
saves you money and time all around.
We sell the event shirts at $20 and $5 of that comes back to the club.
Above are designs that we did for a show for Goldvein Vol. Fire Department. They needed shirts for their show and the above designs are what we did. The one on then right is of their dash plaque that we scanned and put on the shirts for them. This really helped the car club.
We even donate as a door prize 1 custom designed t-shirt that the organization can raffle off during the day as a door prize in lue of set up fees.
If we have to travel a far distance we may ask for at least mileage cost due to the economy right now. Most of the time it is .36 per mile, to and from our home, to your show. Times are getting tougher out there trying to sell at shows. And this is just a good faith jesture from car clubs since they know how expensive it is for us to attend.
